State 199 Union - English BASIC RULES SUMMARY

Player castle attacks are forbidden towards any member of the Union.

Gathering tile attacks are forbidden towards any member of the Union.

Fortresses and Strongholds will be determined by alliance contribution rankings in State vs State every 4 weeks.

Castle battle will be free for all for the first 2 hours and kept active for 8 hours.

Presidency will be rotated between active alliances.

Issues and mistakes by individuals should be resolved diplomatically even where consequences are demanded.
